  • How do I clean the modular cat tunnels? Most of our plush components feature a modular design with high-quality zippers. We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth or hand-washing with pet-safe detergent to maintain the texture and longevity of the fabric.

  • Can I connect different sets of tunnels? Yes! Our products feature a universal zipper and toggle system, allowing you to connect multiple sets to create an endless play labyrinth for your pets.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you or your pet are not completely happy with the product, you can return it in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.

  • What if I receive a damaged item? We take great pride in our quality control. However, if an item arrives damaged, please email us a photo at service@yeyorentacosh.com immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
