At Yeyorentacosh, we take great pride in the premium quality and modular design of our pet products. We want you and your feline friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, products showing signs of heavy pet use (hair, odors, or damage) may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, please contact our support team at service@yeyorentacosh.com.

Provide your Order Number and the Reason for Return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. SHIPPING COSTS

Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Yeyorentacosh will cover all return shipping costs.

Customer Preference: If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at service@yeyorentacosh.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or refund.
5. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This is especially recommended for our modular cat tunnels if you wish to swap colors or styles.
6. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
